PAYMENT

• We do not send goods on approval. Check, money order or credit card information must accompany every order.
• We accept the following forms of payment: Money Orders, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We will accept a personal check, but this adds approximately two weeks to delivery time.
• Minimum $10.00 on all credit cards orders.
• Remember: NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS ADD 7% SALES TAX.
• NON-US customers, please make all funds in US DOLLARS OR PAY BY CREDIT CARD.

PRICING

• Prices subject to change without notice, due to fluctuating currency or as manufacturers dictate.
• All prices shown are for individual items. If groups (e.g. pipebands) require kilts or any other items in quantity, we are pleased to offer reduced prices.
  When we receive a list of your requirements, we will be pleased to submit our quantity quotation.

BACK-ORDERS

• Due to circumstances beyond our control, some items may not be available for immediate delivery. We will, however, deliver with minimum delay.
• Back-orders subject to additional shipping charges.

SHIPPING

• Shipping is via Post Office and UPS. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please Include street address or rural route directions.

RETURNS

• Any merchandise received damaged (during shipping) must be reported.
• Special/Custom orders are not returnable unless defective. 50%
  (NON-REFUNDABLE) Deposit required on all SPECIAL ORDERS. (Special Orders.. Any item not in stock.)
• Returnable purchases must be returned within 14 days.
  A 15% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged for any returned merchandise.
• WARRANTY - All merchandise covered under warranty as per individual  manufacturer.
• Due to health reasons NO returns will be given on ANY Reeds, Pipe Bags, Pipe Chanters or any other item that requires being blown into.
• Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase-
• If purchase was a cash transaction, a full cash refund will be made
• If purchase was a credit card transaction; we will deduct a 3.5% credit card fee from the price of the item
• A store credit can also be given for the purchase amount
